Soup of the Day: Homemade soup served with a bread roll.           

Skye Smoked Salmon Parcel: Smoked salmon filled with smoked mackerel

                                                 and cottage cheese with a hint of lemon.

Mushrooms in filo Basket: Filo pastry basket stuffed with mushrooms

                                               feta cheese and a creamy white wine sauce.

Isle of Skye Oysters: Six fresh Loch Harport oysters served with a wedge

                                   Of lemon on crushed ice.

Grilled Oysters: Six Loch Harport oysters grilled with cream, butter and   

                           Parmesan cheese served in the shell.

Local Mussels: Mussels cooked in a white wine and cream sauce.

Salads

Greek Salad: A Medley of Glendale salad leaves with feta cheese, tomatoes,

                      onions & a Greek dressing.

Smoked Salmon Salad: Salar Smoke House hot smoked salmon with a

                      medley of Glendale salad leaves , tomatoes and a dressing.

Seafood

Skye Fish & Chips: Haddock in beer batter, served with chips and salad.

Scallops a la Skye: With local scallops, mussels in the shells, baby squid and salmon cooked in white wine and cream with baby leeks and vegetables.

Scallops: Local Scallops pan seared and cooked in a creamy garlic sauce

Lemon Sole: Whole lemon sole with lemon butter sauce served with vegetables

Whole Seabass: A whole seabass topped with tomato and onion salsa  

                          served with vegetables

Monkfish: Monkfish wrapped in streaky bacon with a tomato sauce and

                  served with vegetables

Baby Squid: baby squid rings pan fried with garlic butter and served with

                    rice and vegetables

Meat Dishes

Venison Haggis: Freshly shot venison Haggis made with malt whisky & served with a creamy whisky sauce, bashed tatties and vegetables.

Spicy Lamb Casserole: Diced Scottish lamb with apricots and served with rice and vegetables.

 Carpetbagger Steak: Fillet steak filled with an Oyster or Scallop topped with blue cheese and wrapped with pancetta and a creamy Port sauce

Fillet steak: Scottish Fillet steak topped with a wild mushroom sauce and served with vegetables

Vegetarian Dishes

Roast Peppers: Stuffed with feta cheese and mushrooms, served with rice and vegetables.

Mushroom Stroganoff Cooked in white and cream served with rice and vegetables

Poultry

Chicken a la Uig: Made with pieces of diced chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers, pineapple and pancetta and cooked in cream, served with rice and vegetables.

Garlic Chicken: Diced chicken breast cooked in creamy white wine and garlic, served with rice and vegetables.

Desserts

Homemade sticky toffee pudding: Served with sticky toffee sauce, ice cream and cream .

Lemon Posset: With Greek yoghurt and fresh berries
